The goal for this internship project was to develop a software program for the Human Resources department to generate, track, and store annual employee reviews.

My team consisted of myself as the sole design intern, two front-end, and two back-end development interns. We collaborated fully remote through an Agile workflow to produce a fully-functional program within three months.

It was an intense process to discover, construct, and deliver a system that met the requirements in a user-friendly platform.
